contd ......"Legend of a farmer"

Everybody has a second chance in his or her life. Looking at his meager position, almighty bestowed his kindness toward the farmer. The respected, kindhearted almighty pledged to help in alleviating his situation. The farmer had told that he possessed some knowledge about ayurbedics. So almighty gently ordered to go back to his village and use his knowledge to cure people who were sick and needed cure. As his blessings, almighty provided him a gift , through which he could decide upon if someone would be able to survive through death or not. That gift was, whenever somebody was in critical condition, almighty will allow his presence there and position himself at that situation. Almighty would be only visible to the farmer not others. And if almighty stood towards to the patient’s head side and smiled, patient would survive and otherwise if almighty stood towards to patient’s leg side, the patient won’t survive.

With some hope and with the blessing of almighty, he decided to go back to his village with a strong determination to use his skills and alleviate other people’s problem. Back in his village, with his arrival his spouse and siblings were delighted to have his presence back. 

After returning to his village, he discovered that one of the landlords has fallen really sick. Nobody had been able to cure the illness. He decided to try his luck on this, since this was his breakthrough for his new profession. With all his skills he was able to cure the landlord, and as promised almighty was present and helped according to his promise. Looking at his ability he soon became well known around his area. With his newly profound determination, he really was spending his time curing people and helping the needy ones. He was able to take a high relief from his financial situation, with his new profession. Both publicly and financially, his status took a different leap on his fate. His status and finances soared to a new height where he had never dreamed about.

He was truly basking his new status, where his family life was going through happy scenarios. His finances were not the worries now. He wanted something else now, to succeed and succeed at any cost. If he had looked back at the past life, he had once tried to end his life trying to relieve himself from this life. But, thanks to the almighty who really cared about his children and arrived as a savior to lead at critical situations. 

Almighty not only had assuaged his thorny situation, but also indirectly has assisted other fellows in his village, by employing his dormant skills that was hiding beneath him. With this success his confidence grew even more. He was curing more and more people, and earning reputation and wealth at the same time. By this time, he had made himself into a man with ample resources. 


Lets divert a little bit from this scenario. A mighty king ruled this nation of his. The King’s health at this time was in an ailing condition. Best of the best physicians couldn’t succeed to cure his illness. No body even the best were unable to find the cure and had came into a conclusion that kind didn’t have longer time to live. The royal family had sent out messengers to find physicians all over the country. One day those same messengers arrived in this village. Hearing this situation this farmer decided to throw his talent on the kings illness.

He was just an ayurbedic physician and his decisions to cure the king didn’t impress the royals that much. But with his insistence and of other, they let him try one more time on kings illness. He tried with all his skills and knowledge. As promised by the almighty, almighty was also present. Almighty stepped towards the head side of the king. The farmer was very sure that the King would live. He conveyed this to the member of the royal family. After a while king’s illness was gone, was healthy again. 

This mesmerized others around him. Opportunity hit one more time for this man. This time he had scored a diamond. Now he was offered a job as royal physician. Oh well, this was really this day he was waiting for. He thanked the almighty one more time. Now he was at one of highest position and status one could ever imagine. He was really enjoying and loving this life of his. He was just wondering why this joy and merry didn’t come early. But its better than late as everyone tells.


Everything in this world has a life cycle. Going from a plant to a human, machinery everything has limit. He was getting old and he wasn’t really feeling well. His illness got worse and he was nearing to the limit. One day when he woke up he found the almighty sitting beside his legs. As told by the almighty, his position at the feet meant death. He really couldn’t believe this. Just to make sure, he switched his positions just to make sure that almighty had mistakenly spotted the wrong side. Wherever he positioned, almighty positioned to his leg side. He was sure that his death coming near. He solemnly asked why this had to come and begged he didn’t want to die leaving this merry life of his. Then the almighty reminded him of the day he really wanted to die and compared the situation today. Almighty told that this situation couldn’t be reversed because every being has a limit and his limit has come to end. At last, this farmer also had to follow the same path of life and death. 

We were really amazed to listen to this story. For my sister and me this had been quite an experience. Our uncle told that, in every bodies life there are times of struggle and happiness and everybody would go through this process. This had been a quite a moral to us. We finally reached our home. Our parents were eagerly waiting for our return. The day was almost about to end, and supper was ready. After our supper we all went to bed, waiting again for a new dawn to begin , where we didn’t know what to anticipate.
