"Legend of a farmer"
.....contd
He decided to leave home during the same night. It was a full moon night with mild light around the sky. He got up, and dressed and ready to leave. He went to the kids room and looked around. He could see the body of his innocent children from the moonlight through the window. His wife knew that he was leaving. She made some break fast and packed some food for his journey. For one more time before he left, he again looked at his wife and kids. He hugged her with promise of prosperous life after his return. She continued to watch the road as long he was seen.”
On the search for better life and future, he headed towards the city. With insufficient qualifications, he even couldn’t grasp those opportunities there. Without any progress, he relentlessly pursued for any job he could find. But, his fortune didn’t shine this time too.
Since he couldn’t find anything, there was no other way out, besides getting out from the city. He decided to go back to his village. During his return, all he had in his mind was how he would face his children and his family, who would be eagerly waiting for his return with all those hope.
It was a long walk towards the village. This long walk had fatigued him, and he was very thirsty. Luckily a river came on his way home. He quenched his thirst with handful of water. He rested by the tree nearby the bank of the river. Same thought was dwindling in his mind, about how he would face his family and children. So much was engaging his mind; he could find any better way to deal with this. At this desperate situation, he couldn’t find any better solution. He felt so ashamed of himself. With a sudden thought in his mind, he concluded that his life was meaningless. He assumed the only gateway would be to end his life prematurely, which would prevent him from countering this entire grave situation. With a sudden thrust, he plunged into the growing tides of waves in the river. Suicide was his only way out. River slowly drowned him covering most of his bodies.
But miracles do happen, he felt some kind of bright light surrounding him. Almighty the God was holding him, saving him from those waves. Caringly almighty pushed him back to the shore. He explained the almighty why he was committing this horrendous act. Almighty addressed that; life of his didn’t deserve this sinful act. He explained his circumstances, and begged to free him of this entire grievance. He told what his profession was and what he was proficient at. He also had knowledge about some ayurbedic medicine. The almighty suggested what he could do when he goes back to his village. And almighty pledge to help him with this. Almighty suggested that he go back to village and care for the people…………………N…e…x…t………………
